By booking a stay or utilizing the services of Queens Hotel LLC, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. General Information

  • These terms apply to all bookings and services provided by Queens Hotel LLC.
  • By making a reservation, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of all guests included in the booking.

2. Reservations and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Non-Refundable Policy: Payments for reservations, including pre-paid bookings, are strictly non-refundable, regardless of cancellation, no-show, or early departure.
  • Any outstanding amounts must be settled prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the booking without a refund.

3. Check-In and Check-Out Policies

  • Check-In Time: 24-hour check-in available for all guests.
  • Check-Out Time: Between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
    • Guests failing to check out by 2:00 PM may incur additional charges equivalent to a day’s stay.
  • Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4. Modifications and Cancellations

  • Any modifications to a confirmed booking are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the total payment.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are required to provide valid identification at check-in.
  • Any damage caused to the property, furniture, or equipment during the stay will be charged to the guest’s account.
  • The hotel is a non-smoking property. Violations will result in a cleaning fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Queens Hotel LLC is not liable for:
    • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the stay.
    • Disruptions or cancellations due to events beyond the hotel’s control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages).
  • Guests are advised to arrange personal travel insurance.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Personal data collected during the booking process is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and for the purpose of managing reservations.
  • No personal information will be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Queens Hotel LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Guests will be bound by the terms applicable at the time of booking.
